Chef Walt finds comfort in home cooked food, however as an owner/operator OTR truck driver he provided for his family nit spent many nights, many miles away from home and was left to eat at truck stops, which was not that worm home cooked meal.

Chef Walt retired from driving to spend his time home with his family and cooking with them.  

In 2004 Walt attended Orlando Culinary Academy / Le Cordon Bleu Program, in 2006 Walt graduated and began his Chef career.  During his time at OCA he i8nterned at Emeril's TChoup Chop and at the HCP Grosvenor Resort.  He has been a line cook, prep cook, Sous Chef and Garde Manger,

In 2009 Chef Walt acquired his Personal Chef Certification from Culinary Business Academy.  He has since be has since been a Personal Chef to many clients with a flair for the unexpected.  

Chef Walts passion for the unexpected has driven him to providing the best service possible. Chef Walt loves to provide a variety of cuisines, and he loves making homemade breads and homemade pastas as well.
